Joined Gateway Staff: I joined Gateway staff in the Summer of 2010. My role is to champion new initiatives and purposefully develop ways to strengthen the contribution of the Gateway staff team. 

Family: I have been married to my Nebraskan wife, Stephanie, since 1993, and we have two daughters in middle and high school in Keller.

Saved: My relationship with Jesus began with a radical trance-like vision in 1985 while on a training bicycle ride with a group of friends. I saw the feet of people rapidly leaving the planet and became aware that I was being left behind. It got my undivided attention.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business

One of the Things I Find Most Fascinating: Excellence and ultimate sacrifice move me to tears. Whether in sport, business, life or love ... whenever I see someone expressing ultimate sacrifice for a goal or displaying unparalleled excellence, it has my undivided attention.

My Hero: After Jesus, my middle brother Garth, for showing me how to relentlessly pursue life despite breaking his neck playing rugby.

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: In 2009 when I needed to know God saw and heard me, I offered a random worship song from the 80s as a fleece for God and we miraculously  sang it that weekend at Gateway. Blew my mind!!!

Most People Don’t Know This About Me: I have a colllection of Smurf figurines from when I was a kid. I'm not even sure why I have them still … must be the collection side of my 'Input' talent coming out??
